About the Owners of this Site

The owners of this site are Brian & Kelle Batease, otherwise known as 'Monte SS Couple."

Kelle and I were married in February of 2004.  As you can tell from the background and images on this page, Kelle and I are devout Bible Believing Christians.  We attend New Hope Community Church in Queensbury, New York and are members of that church.  Kelle and I believe Jesus Christ was sent by His Father to bear the sins for all of humanity. John 3:16 plainly says, "For God loved the world so much, He sent His only Son to die for the sins of the world." Christ was crucified, then laid in the ground, and on the 3rd day, rose to reign with His Father in Heaven.  We also know that Jesus is coming back to Earth again to reign with His faithful servants. 

We believe that all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God.  Romans 3:23 plainly states this.  Jesus also tells us in Acts 2:21 that whoever calls on His name shall be saved.   Kelle and I have both called on His name and can say with total confidence we will see the riches of Heaven when our Father calls us home to spend eternity with Him. 

I can say from personal experience I had spent the better part of 38 years searching for fulfillment and peace in my life.  Through 17 years of a marriage that was not blessed by God, as well as numerous other endeavors that brought nothing but false hope and unhappiness, I knew I needed something  more in my life.  After leaving my first wife, Jesus brought Kelle into my life.  Neither of us even discussed our beliefs or faith for the first several months of our relationship. It's amazing how Jesus can take the works of Satan and use it for His benefit.  One day, simply by "coincidence", I brought up the prospect of attending church for Easter services.  Kelle's eyes lit up and for the first time, we realized our relationship had taken on a dimension we'd never even imagined possible.  It was like an engine that had been running on 7 cylinders.  When you pop the hood and investigate, you see a plug wire dangling unattached.  After you snap the wire back onto the plug, you see your engine's performance increase immediately and your it instantly starts running better.  That's exactly how it was with my life.

I'm not a preacher,  I'm just a regular guy going through this life just like everyone else.  But if you're looking for something more in your life, Jesus is waiting for you to call His name.  He can bring you the peace and hope in your life that you've been searching for.  He will not force you to give your life to Him. It must be of your own free will.  There are no strings attached, no penalty for asking Christ to live in your life and heart.  All you have to do is pray a simple prayer, something like this:  "Dear Lord Jesus, I know I'm a sinner.  I know I can't live a holy life without you in my heart.  I'm asking you to come into my heart and into my life, to live inside me.  I dedicate my life to you and serving you in whatever way You see fit.  I ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."

It's that simple.  No big show, nothing to embarrass you.  You can say this prayer in the quietness of your own home.

If you're sitting there asking yourself why you should ask Jesus into your life, just take a look at the background of this page.  Jesus was brought before His people, mocked,  falsely accused, convicted, and sentenced to die.  He could have easily asked His Father to deliver Him from this cruel persecution, but instead, he endured the most horrific, tortuous, and brutal death any man could possibly endure.  Why did He do this?  Simple.  He did it so we might live forever with Him in paradise. 

So now you know a little about Kelle and myself, or at least the most important part about us.  Hard to believe there's more in our lives besides Monte Carlo SS's huh?  We truly hope you enjoy this site as much as we enjoy building and updating it.  May God bless you, and thanks for visiting!
